How ErrorSol collects, uses and protects your personal information.

Last updated: October 2026

1. Who we are

ErrorSol (“ErrorSol”, “we”, “us”) is a United States web design, development and digital marketing agency. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to visitors and to people who contact us about our services.

2. Information we collect

We collect only what we need to respond to you and run the site.

  • Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, website address, company name and the details of your project when you fill in our contact or audit form, email us or call us.
  • Information about your visit: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view and how you arrived, collected through server logs and, if enabled, analytics tools.
  • Cookies: small files that help the site work and, where used, help us understand how it is used. See the Cookies section below.

Our services are directed at businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

3. How we use your information

We use personal information to:

  • reply to your enquiry and prepare the audit, estimate or roadmap you asked for;
  • provide, manage and improve our services and this website;
  • send project updates and, where you have agreed or the law allows, occasional news and offers (you can opt out at any time);
  • keep the site secure and prevent spam or misuse;
  • meet our legal and accounting obligations.

4. When we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only with:

  • service providers who help us run the business, such as web hosting, email, analytics and project tools, who may only use it to provide their service to us;
  • professional advisers such as accountants and lawyers;
  • government or law enforcement, when the law requires it or to protect our rights;
  • a buyer or successor, if ErrorSol is involved in a merger or sale of its business.

Your information is stored and processed in the United States and may be handled by providers in other countries. By using the site you understand your information may be transferred there.

5. Cookies and analytics

Essential cookies keep the site working, for example by remembering form progress. If we use analytics or advertising tools, they may set cookies to measure visits and the performance of our marketing. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can turn on the Global Privacy Control signal in your browser, which we honor where it applies. Some parts of the site may work less smoothly without cookies.

6. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and project records for as long as we need them to support our work and meet legal or tax requirements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

7. How we protect it

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from loss, misuse and unauthorised access, including encrypted connections, restricted access and keeping our software up to date. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Read more on our Security page.

8. Your rights

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also ask us to stop sending you marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in any message or by contacting us. We will not discriminate against you for using these rights. To make a request, email info@errorsol.com. We may need to verify your identity first and will respond within 45 days.

California and other U.S. states. If you live in California or another state with a consumer privacy law, you may have the right to know what personal information we collect, to access, correct and delete it, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those laws define it. You may use an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf.

Email marketing. We follow the CAN-SPAM Act. Marketing emails identify us as the sender and include a working unsubscribe link, and we honor opt-outs promptly.

9. Links to other sites

Our site may link to other websites, including client projects in our case studies. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, so please read their policies.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed. If we make a material change, we will post a notice on this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
